Jetstar is the low-cost subsidiary of Qantas, created in response to competition from Virgin. With just over twenty destinations, Jetstar serves Australia's major cities, as well as tourist spots such as Uluru/Ayers Rock in the Northern Territory, Margaret River in Western Australia and the Whitsundays in Queensland. Prices are much more competitive than those of Qantas, but delays are possible, especially from Covid, and you'll have to buy your meals and pay for your checked luggage.
