The Festival of the Dead, Chinese All Saints Day, is celebrated on the 106th day after the winter solstice and usually falls on April 4 or 5. This festival dedicated to the dead marks the middle of spring. This day is dedicated to the maintenance of graves and visiting the dead. In the temples, attend the ceremonies offered to the deceased. You can also take advantage of this day to visit a Chinese cemetery. On the cleaned graves of the ancestors, candles and incense are burned.
