Parades of decorated floats, colorful displays, a taste of Carnival for this festival celebrating cultural diversity.

Part of Singapore's Chinese New Year celebrations, the Chingay Parade is now Asia's biggest street event, attracting troupes from all over the world. The parade surrounds itself with magical floats and playful performers as it marches past the Singapore Flyer and the Formula 1 premises at Marina Bay. Spectators vote for their favorite float. You can watch the parade from the grandstands set up in Marina Bay. This is a well-attended event, so be sure to book your tickets early.
