This festival once again uncategorized, involving music, theatre, visual arts, circus, street shows, up every early July the life of the centre of Rennes and makes it an artistic playground, playful, multifaceted. Almost everywhere, Les Chutes de at night continue to strive to be a popular event with a strong artistic demand. You must see the surrealist bands walking through the streets of Rennes, or contemporary dance shows, played on the background music background, in the afternoon, place de la Mairie, front of onlookers both médusés and shaken, to understand that the art of the living eclipsing the urban space with a resounding success. Whether they are free or pay, the shows always book excellent surprises, troops unknown to the big names (Yann Tiersen, Pascal Comelade, Royal de Luxe). The 2008 edition, which was a great success, amazed us with a compendium of a Belgian theater scene in full boiling, or dénichant a group of Navajo Indians playing a drum punk influenced by… the Ramones! In short, a festival that makes the city live in its way, and offers surprises at every moment, and every corner of the street.
