Travel, travel… this remains the strong idea of the Festival du Chant de Marin and des Musique des Mers du Monde. Now 20 years - yes, 20 years! - that the festival paimpolais invites to dream, to escape, to dépaysement, to meetings, to discovery… Festival at a low price but to great ambitions, Paimpol 2009 will not fail to tradition. The docks will be dedicated to the most débridée family holiday. Music and singing will be everywhere. Boats - hundreds of old rigging - will give their best garb. The smell of grilled tuna will fly on the harbour. Theme 2009: American Music.
