ASSOCIATION CLAIR OBSCUR
Clair Obscur is a cultural association based in Rennes, Brittany. Founded in 1990, its aim is to promote cinema and audiovisual arts for all audiences. Its flagship event is the Travelling festival, which showcases the world's major cities through their urban cinematography. The festival offers a rich and diverse program, showcasing independent films and emerging talents. In addition to the festival, Clair Obscur organizes film screenings, image education workshops and meetings with film professionals throughout the year. The association also works in partnership with institutional and socio-cultural players to set up distribution and audience support initiatives.
