Timetable

Nightlife comes alive especially on weekends, Friday and Saturday nights. When it comes to going out in discos, the Canary Islanders are not the last. And to specify: "No hay ningún ambient antes de las 2", no ambiance before 2 o'clock in the morning.

To be booked

To attend a theatre, opera or concert performance, as with any other performance, it is advisable to make a reservation to ensure that you have a seat.

Night transport

The streetcar that connects Santa Cruz to La Laguna runs until midnight and day and night during the weekend (24 hours). And since 2017, the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has opened three night bus lines that run through the city center and recreational areas. In many other destinations, it will be easy to walk home, or alternatively take a cab.

Age restrictions

Alcohol consumption is permitted from the age of 18. Take your papers in case anyone asks for them.

What's very local

Patronal feasts and everything that punctuates the Canarian festive calendar is carefully inscribed on the shelves of everyone, regardless of age. And no one will miss them. Most often, they are preceded by verbena, which take place the day before. A moment of reunion in which ron con miel and cubatas are part of the rite.
