Pire site de particulier à particulier jamais expérimenté
De loin le pire site de particulier à particulier que j'ai utilisé. Pourtant habituée de Airbnb, Blablacar, Leboncoin, Seloger (que je recommande tous) et j'en passe, l'expérience sur Drivy/Getaround était un désastre. En plus de tomber sur un propriétaire susceptible, irascible et grossier qui m'a refusé - la veille! - une location acceptée 3 semaines auparavant au motif qu'il était froissé, le service client est de connivence avec le grossier personnage.
Aucune réponse à mon signalement pour le comportement ahurissant que j'ai du expérimenter. De plus le site m'a ôté l'option de mettre mon commentaire avant la fin des 14 jours normalement prévus. Et cette fois le service client a été très prompt à répondre que "malheureusement" il ne pouvait pas me laisser émettre un commentaire.

Mieux vaut louer chez un professionnel, au moins on a l'assurance de la qualité et du sens de la clientèle.
