Three boats provide connections between the mainland and Newfoundland, as well as between Labrador communities. Reservations are always recommended.
Apollo: daily service between St. Barbe in Newfoundland and Blanc-Sablon in Quebec. In operation from mid-April to mid-January. Capacity of 240 people and 75 vehicles. Duration: 1 hour 30.
Sir Robert Bond: direct service between Cartwright and Goose Bay in Labrador (duration: 13 hours) and Lewisporte in Newfoundland, Cartwright and Goose Bay in Labrador (duration: 43 hours including a 7-hour stop to Cartwright). Capacity of 250 passengers and 80 vehicles, in operation from June to mid-November.
Northern Ranger: service between the Localities of Labrador, from Black Tickle to the south in Nain to the north. Capacity of 120 passengers, in operation from June to mid-November.
