Under the supervision of landscape architect Marcel Notz, the course quickly took shape. In 1983, many volunteers joined together to build the central pavilion. Everything was completed in 6 months. Expansions were made on a regular basis. In 1990, the golf course began to host the biggest competitions through a complete and challenging course. Several fundamental values define the strategic orientation of the golf course: respect, quality of the course and service, and the support of the golf course with the objective of democratization.
