National parks of Quebec accepting dogs and offering long walks in an exceptional setting.
Since May 2016, dogs have been accepted in three of Quebec's national parks: Parc Frontenac, Parc Jacques-Cartier and Parc d'Oka. This means you can take long walks with them in exceptional surroundings. Of course, dogs must be kept on a leash (maximum 3 m) to avoid disturbing other users and wildlife. You must also pick up after your dog, even if you're out in the wilderness.
