Among the most isolated Canadian golf courses, one will certainly mention the Yellowknife Golf Club, an 18-hole course located on the shores of the great Slave Lake. Opened in 1948, the clubhouse was first installed in the fuselage of a war plane. The second clubhouse built is much more in line with the other existing facilities. On the course, the course is relatively flat and generally simple, without too many obstacles. Wide fairways and accessible greens allow players of all skill levels to get away with it.
