In Canada, Megabus mainly serves the Montreal-Kingston-Toronto route for a modest price, albeit much more expensive than before the pandemic. These buses (with free wifi) also serve the Greater Toronto Area, the Niagara Peninsula and a number of American cities from the country, with or without connections (notably Detroit and New York). Megabus is also present in the United States (several hundred cities served, most of them on the East Coast and in the Great Lakes region) and in the United Kingdom.

I had a disappointing experience with this transport company. I tried to book a bus ticket on their website but encountered technical issues, forcing me to pay more for a last-minute ticket at the counter. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to refund the extra cost. Unhappy with their service and lack of compensation.

j'avais réservé un aller retour Montréal Kingston depuis la France
A l'aller : pas de WIFI dans le bus, il faisait très froid à l'intérieur et il était très inconfortable
au retour : ma valise dépassait un peu en poids, le chauffeur me l'a fait vidée pour mettre l'excédent dans un sac poubelle et il a mis le sac poubelle dans la soute du bus avec ma valise. Quel est la différence ?
en plus il était très mal aimable
par contre, bus confortable par rapport à l'aller
