Site pas sérieux grosse arnaque en vue
Je suis arrivée le 2 juin à phuket avec mon enfant de 3 ans . J ´avais réservé avec destinia 2 jours avant 2 nuits au grand hôtel mercure de patong . Quelle fut ma surprise quand je suis arrivée à l’hôtel et que la réceptionniste m’a dit qu’il n y avait aucune réservation à mon nom !! Choquée et désemparée car je venais d atterrir apres 16h de vols , j’ai été obligé de me repayer un hôtel et un taxi à la dernière minute !!!!! Destinia a en revanche bien pris la peine de me débité la somme !!!! Aucun sérieux !!! Il ne réponde pas au mails . Je veux juste qu’il me rembourse car je n’ai pas profité de mes nuits d hôtels payé en avance!!! ce fut une très mauvaise expérience donc site à fuir . Ce sont des arnaqueurs !!!
