The value added tax (VAT) is 20%. You will find it included in all products. However, you should be careful because some hotel and restaurant owners sometimes display their prices without VAT. The summer sales are less important than the winter ones but still interesting. No fixed dates. Retailers are free to hold their sales on the dates that suit them. However, in the majority of large retailers, the sales start at the end of June and last until the end of July.
