Platform for training in kitchen trades: from CAP to BTS. From mid September to mid-June - Alternation Training Centre/Enterprise: alternating between theoretical and practical training and a compulsory practical internship in enterprises (pace of training: the school classes of high school or CFA CFA). Place of training: Guebwiller

CAP Boulanger, CAP Baker, CAP Boucher, CAP Fish, BP Boulanger. September to June - Alternation Training Centre/Enterprise: weekly alternation: 2 days a week in Training Centre and 3 days in Business. Places of Training: Haguenau, Saverne and Mulhouse
