Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas mettre zéro étoile, autrement nous l'aurions fait. L'expérience avec Canibest a été désastreuse. Le gérant devient tout simplement injoignable une fois le paiement encaissé. Aucune communication ni échange d'informations entre les éducateurs qui sont censés assurer les cours. Nous avons donc eu deux bilans comportementaux, facturé 90 euros pour l'un et 120 euros pour lautre. Lorsque nous lui avons signalé le problème, et demandé en conséquence un remboursement, le gérant nous a raccroché au nez et est depuis injoignable.
