L'ECOLE DU VIN
As the leader of the wine Courses in France, the Wine school, based in Paris, is of course the capital, but also in Lille and Lyon, always in elegant frames. The cycles are short (from 1 to 5 days) with different levels, and the importance given to the tasting would turn, palaces… More than 50 wines tasted over three days (€ 660) are required for the Level 2 Diploma in Wines & Spirits WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust). The wine school also offers 6 «discovery» courses (thematic sessions to the 2-hour card) and the «Master Class Grands Crus».
