CAP Cuisine. Duration: 6 months (550 hours in centre - 312 hours in business). Each year: From December to May - from May to December. Alternation Training Centre/Enterprise: 2 periods in business for 4 weeks each. The pace of the alternation is validated with the company for the professionnalisation contracts. Places of Training: Champigny-sur-Marne, Dugny, Savigny-le-Temple

CAP Kitchen, CAP Pastry, Lac pro cuisine, BTS Hotel-Restaurant. For these diplomas, the conditions, places and contacts are as appropriate: Duration: from 600 to 1 100 hours and according to positioning (i. e. according to the level of the trainee to be assessed by GRETA before any training).
