GREAT LITTLE TRAINS OF WALES

These small steam trains, once used to transport the minerals extracted from the mines (slate, lead, tin, coal), are a unique and exotic way to enjoy the Welsh landscape, with its pronounced curves. They operate on eleven lines, all narrow-gauge and offering the charm of old-fashioned travel.

On board the old carriages, you can experience the atmosphere of old-fashioned travel: wooden benches, leather straps to fix the windows, the rhythm of the axles on the joints, the opaque smoke coming out of the locomotive chimney and the whistle blows at the stations!
