When to go Wales ?
Wales is beautiful all year round. In summer, you'll find it easier to walk along the immense beaches with your feet in the water. It's also the ideal season for thrill-seekers who want to try coasteering, a kind of canyoning. In autumn, even though the rainy days are increasing, the Brecon Beacons landscape, with its orange-red hues, is simply sublime! Winter is the time to discover the Christmas markets.
Wales has an oceanic climate, therefore a certain mildness. It is also characteristically wet, windy and often cloudy. Along the Atlantic Ocean coastline a strong wind blows from the south and west. Winter days are short and sometimes - but rarely - snow falls.
