BALLANTINES
George Ballantine opened his first small grocery store in 1827, then the second in 1831 in Edinburgh where he offered a very wide selection of whiskies. His son resumed the case and began to create his own mixtures by offering them to the royal family. Then begins an export of the small family business where the mark George Ballantine & Son is noticed. Maturation is done near Dumbarton in Ayrshare. The Ballantines brand is recognized as a great brand of Scotchs whiskies in the world. In four minutes, four bottles of scotch are sold around the world. Rewarded by many awards, the brand has a great reputation. Ballantines offers different tastes in its products: You can find the taste of hazelnuts, honey, spices, and even flower trees… The most surprising is the Ballantine's 12 years old that brings together a mixture of whisky and chocolate, signed by Patrick Roger, famous chocolate maker. A unique alliance complemented by honey drops, black chocolate of Madagascar and small floral tip. Ballantine's knows how to distinguish himself and the whisky professional. An innovative assemblage in every blunt bottle of the creation of the brand.
