This distillery has always been active and has never ceased to produce except for years of war. Created by John and Dewar in 1896, Aberfeldy is located in the south of the highlands. Completely renovated in 1972, the House mainly produced "blend whisky". Its malt comes from the firm «Glenesk Maltings» in Montrose. Today you can visit these buildings and discover the amazing drums. Still active, it uses a source water with a hard mineral character.
