LE FESTIVAL BIO DE MONACO
Since 2015, thanks to the Route du Goût and more particularly to the starred chef Paolo Sari, the only one in the world to be starred AND certified 100% organic who created the association Bio Chef Global Spirit, the port of Monaco has been transformed over three days into a real organic festival. Three days of celebration with conferences, activities for children, discoveries, without forgetting farmers to democratize organic food and encourage its establishment, to explain how to eat organic without paying more, to give another image of the restaurant industry and finally to support producers who are fighting for sustainable consumption. Dinners prepared by pairs of children and chefs are a great moment. Days when everyone participates, young and old, for a healthier future. Not to be missed under any circumstances!
