In Cobreces, the Sainte-Marie-de-Viacelis monastery has been inhabited since 1891 by a trappist community from France. Monks develop cow's cheese that they sell. At 21 a. m., the 30 monks gathered in the chapel to pray and sing in Gregorian. Permission to attend may be obtained.
