Declared of international tourist interest, it takes place from Sabucedo to Estrada, province of Pontevedra. It consists of capturing wild horses and taking them down to a pen where their manes are cut and their wounds treated. The foals are also branded during the celebration and then taken back to the mountains. A religious and popular festival, it renews the thanks of the inhabitants to San Lorenzo who is said to have saved these animals during a devastating plague. Accompanied by a big village festival and a lively ball.
