The parador is set next to the cathedral in a former hospital which, in the th century, received the pilgrims from the road of Santiago. As soon as you enter it, you are impressed by the vestibule in the Gothic arches. Many elegant materials and colours, comfortable rooms, good restaurant specialized in pimientos piquillos, cod prepared in the traditional way of the Rioja.
