Between Pontboset and Champorcher, this combination agriturismo is housed in a former mill-sawmill. Taking advantage of its position on the banks of the Ayasse torrent, it boasts a large spa carved into the rock with a view of an impetuous waterfall, a dining room in the spacious main wing of the sawmill, with tables next to the period tools, and a breakfast area between the perfectly preserved millstones. The restaurant offers local produce, some of which comes from the garden, accompanied by advice from the owner-sommelier.

Das vermittelt Gefühl war, als ob man unerwünscht und störend ist.
Auch das tolle und feine Essen konnte man nicht genießen. Meinen lokalen Wein hat man mir nur ins Glas geschüttet ohne jegliche Nachfrage.
Die vorherrschende kühle, verhachtende Atmosphäre hat alles vernichtet.
Der Ort mit seiner unberührtren Natur bleibt. Dies was der einzige Rückzugsort, um sich aus dieser Atmosphäre zu befreien.
