With its 118,000 ha (Tremiti Islands included), Gargano National Park, born in 1991, is probably one of the most touristic parks (fine sand beaches are nearby). It concentrates a vast biodiversity between the coasts and the mountains of the center, including the Monte Calvo, which grows 1,052 meters. It is also a privileged place for the culture of the amandiers, orange trees and olive trees. In short, a unique blend of crystalline sea, mountain and thick forests to recover.

Superb forest indeed - to explore on foot, by bicycle or by car. For your visits to the North and South of Gargano, do not hesitate to cross it rather than follow the road that tour, you will not regret it!
