Folkston Golf Club is an 18-hole public golf course located in southern Georgia. Opened in 1954 and designed by Ed Matson, the course (par 72) received a facelift in 2009. The first nine holes are quite short, with 3 holes featuring water hazards. The last 9 holes are more conducive to the long game and feature many artificial hills. Many large trees line the fairways and several bunkers have been integrated into the course to make any approach more complex, regardless of the level displayed.
