Ironically, the original course installed here in 1959 was called the Hill Course in honor of Arthur S. Hill, even though it was installed on relatively flat terrain! Initially a 9-hole course, it became an 18-hole course 10 years later after several improvements were made! Today, the Moffett Field Golf Club, located in the airfield of the same name, is an experience in itself. The view of the San Francisco Bay is breathtaking.
