Close to Miami Beach, Normandy Shores Golf Course offers a beautiful setting for the practice of golf. Work on the course began in 1937 when Howard Toomy and William S. Flynn were appointed as the course architects. After an enormous amount of work, especially concerning the surrounding water, the city of Miami Beach and the owner of the site inaugurated this golf course in 1941. Since then, it has become one of the most popular courses in the area!
