Danish retailer Sostrene Grene has opened its sixth store in France, in Lille. The boutique, which plunges into a very special world, was eagerly awaited by fans of interior design and fun objects. Sostrene Grene, the Grene sisters, are present from beginning to end of the visit to the boutique, which is overflowing with little corners stocked with a wide variety of items. The silhouettes of the sisters, who look as if they've stepped straight out of the 18th century, introduce themselves as soon as you enter the store: "Welcome to the world of Anna and Clara". Then they accompany you with little winks and special indications. And the visit is accompanied by harpsichord music, which fits in perfectly with the characters and matching pastel-colored decorative objects. Each week, the products on offer change, and visitors can browse the shelves of vases, glasses, cushions, storage and desk accessories, doormats, photo frames, boxes and cases, piggy banks, games and cards... Then there's a corner dedicated to the creative arts, before stumbling across a small grocery store with intoxicating smells. At the checkout, visitors can choose between the one reserved for the "smartest", the "nicest" or the "smiliest". All in all, a real treat for decorating enthusiasts, all at low prices.
