Located on the beautiful Place aux Oignons, where you can admire the remains of cannonballs on the facades, this restaurant is a must for discovering the region's gastronomy. Here, you'll feel like you're in "grandma's house", with the walls adorned with knick-knacks, old posters and enamel plaques. On the menu are traditional dishes, from potjevleesch made by a local caterer to chicken with Maroilles cheese and speculoos mousse. The final touch: old-fashioned coffee served in an old-fashioned coffeepot with, of course, a hint of chicory.

Le restaurant s'est vite rempli, heureusement que nous avons réservé, il y a peu de place. Les tables sont rapprochées et la salle est petite, ça crée une ambiance conviviale.
Nous avons passé un bon moment, si nous étions du coin nous serions revenus.
