Restaurant in Lille to enjoy the gastronomy of the North at a good value for money.

Le Bistrot Lillois is undoubtedly a fine example of a Northern estaminet. The menu, designed by Pierre Dewailly, sets the tone with its chapter headings written in local dialect! On the menu, dishes that pay homage to the region: shrimp croquettes, French toast with brown sugar, Flemish carbonnade...served with a smile from the owners. The decor is just as relaxed, with old-fashioned family furniture and dried hops hanging from the ceiling mingling with tiled walls, testimony to the restaurant's past as a butcher's shop. A very good address at a reasonable price.

Le serveur est d’un accueil très agréable, le restaurant est chaleureux. Le repas est correct bien qu’un peu léger en quantité en fonction de la spécialité que vous choisissez.

Salle du sous-sol froide et tellement peu éclairée qu l’on a besoin des téléphones portables pour voir le menu.
