Mythical brasserie restaurant offering local specialities in Lille.

This real institution has existed since 1903 and was made famous by the inimitable Madame Ginette, the queen of Lille nights. In this mythical brasserie, anonymous people and celebrities have always met in search of a warm place... and open at all hours! From now on, it is the Meunier family who presides over the success of the brasserie. Local specialties are honored (mussels, carbonade, croques), but what we prefer are the desserts of the house pastry chef to whom we owe the excellent "Merveilleux de la Chicorée".

En plein centre de Lille, cette brasserie vous propose une large gamme de produit culinaire du Nord ou d'ailleurs ! Le service est rapide et l'accueil juste aimable qui serait à améliorer ! La plage horaire d'ouverture est grande jusqu'à 6h du matin.

Located Place Rihour, Chicory gives you the opportunity to you serving coffee (or beer!) in the afternoon, but also of eating at every hour, even 3:00 in the morning! You have the choice between drinking/eating on the covered terrace overlooking the Rihour square or inside. Personally, sale, rains, snow or the weather is nice, I always stayed on the terrace.

The prices are affordable, but I have level restoration better. For me, Chicory, it is a last resort.
