Here, you will taste the good Flemish cooking, the copious boards of cooked pork meats, the soup with maroilles, the potjevleesch, the andouillette... All washed down with a beer from the Goudale brewery located in Arques, a few kilometers from Lille. Je découvre un morceau de ficelle dans mon burger, je préviens le serveur je lui montre il semble étonné et me répond « je vais prévenir la cuisine », même pas un désolé juste un d’accord comme si c’était normal, je veux bien que des erreurs arrivent mais des excuses m’aurait totalement suffit, je n’en demandé pas plus, je met très rarement des 1 étoile mais la je suis désolé j’ai jamais été aussi étonné en restauration.
