HABESHA
Ethiopian and Eritrean specialities to be enjoyed in a remarkable restaurant in Lille.
Customs, scenery and kitchen… eating at Habesha is a totally exotic experience. Firstly, because Ethiopian and Eritrean specialties are poorly known. However, they offer pleasant surprises with a subtle blend of spices and its unusual ingredients such as curved cheese, herbs butter and traditional injera, a crepe made from flour flour, traditional cereal of high plateaus Ethiopia. The Ethiopian meal is eaten with hands and sitting on the floor, on cushions or small chairs! As a result, the meal is started with traditional hand washing guided by one of the staff. Atypical!
