Because Manon Liétard wanted to go further than the success she's already enjoyed at Grand Scène with La Güerita, she opened Beatriz with the aim of making Mexican cuisine gastronomic with a short, evolving menu of typical dishes: Mexican tapas, ceviche, a variety of tacos, toastadas, tamales (topped polenta cakes) and many more!
