L’INCA
Restaurant in Lille offering a traditional spicy cuisine with exotic flavors and a Peruvian dish.
The Inca, a typical institution in Lille for more than twenty years in a pretty cellar, deserves a detour. The reception of Octavio and his wife Maria is adorable and once entered in the restaurant, the change is total. On the walls, the sombreros display their colourful colours while the first spiced smells escape from the furnaces. By way of entry, the empanada (oven-baked oven, stuffed with beef) will surprise your palate. In the course of resistance, continue in traditional spicy cooking with a saltado lomo (chopped beef, onions, tomatoes, spices and apple-straw), Inca espacial (chili con carne, churrasco) or the famous cabrito norteno (lamb sauce green, white beans and small bacon cubes). Or still opt for this Peruvian dish on the way to becoming the world kitchen star: ceviche (raw fish or crustaceans marinated with lemon). That timid gourmets are reassuring, the dishes are perfectly balanced and never too spicy. And then you can always count on desserts to bring you softness, including chocolate cake and mango, perfumed with cinnamon! We don't even get ruined by taking sangria as an appetizer. A local Couleur del Diablo glass is very welcome. Concerts of South American music are often organized. Ambiance guaranteed in this restaurant with delicious exotic flavours and spiked!

The dishes, without having a presentation of madness, are very hearty and flavours of Latin America enchanted me.
The restaurant is in a small cellar, in the style of the Old Lille, it is a little small, so it is best to book if you want some of being able to eat friends.
There, they do not offer menus, served à la carte. But the prices are very reasonable. The only downside: Little choice of desserts.
