Start with its delicious ceviche with sweet potato or flambéed octopus. Follow with aji de pollo, a thinly sliced yellow chicken with yellow pepper. Finish in style with a dulce de leche and organic chocolate cream or mazamorra morada (purple corn, cinnamon and clove cream). All washed down with a good Peruvian beer, of course!

Les cocktails sont si bons, parfaitement dosés et équilibrés. Les entrées… le ceviche est de grande qualité avec un poisson très tendre et un leche de tigre tout simplement divin!
Quant au chicharrón, j’ai l’impression de voyager à nouveau au Pérou!
