Notre serveuse était très agréable.
Nous avons pris des sushis, hosomakis, nigiris, uramaki, maki et 2 menus Icho.
L’ensemble était bons, les sushis / uramaki / hosomaki étaient très légers / délicats
Les diverses poissons étaient frais, le gingembre et wasabi bons
Les points « négatifs »: un service un peu trop long, il manquait un zest de goût / saveurs particulières pour exciter les papilles et avoir un effet wahou !!!
Cela reste une bonne adresse pour manger des bons sushis dans un restaurant Zen.
