Jomon is often presented as the reference in Japanese cuisine in Lille, and it must be said that he deserves his reputation. Here, you can enjoy sushi, makis, bentos... Everything is prepared on site, with a special chef for what requires the preparation of raw fish (and when he is not there, the establishment does not offer any, on Sunday noon for example!). Il fait froid dans la salle
Les sushis sont plutôt jolis mais le riz est sec et dur, quant au poisson il est vraiment médiocre.
Le thon n’est pas frais mais saumuré donc pas bon, le reste est sans intérêt.
Il y a vraiment d’autres choix plus judicieux à Lille.
Extrêmement déçue je n’y viendrai plus!
