Naam was born from the passion of Anne, a foodie with a love of Thailand and its street food. In the image of this spicy cuisine, her recipes are straightforward, spicy and generous. Stir-fried pasta, satay sauce kebabs, curries, fragrant rice, soups, sweet treats (Thai flan, what a delight!)... everything is homemade and prepared to the highest standards. Never short of projects, Anne has published Happy World Food and Food Trotter Thailand! And in her spare time, she even passes on her know-how in ultra-fun workshops!
