Une découverte incroyable il y a quelques semaines. Une équipe super, un chef adorable, des ingrédients frais, hyper parfumés, le cadre calme de la petite place de la St Catherine participe du charme de l'endroit. À recommander les yeux fermés. Navré pour le retard de mon avis ^^. C'était une soirée douce, bien accompagnée, hornée de mets succulents.

Un endroit cosy plein de charme, le service impeccable et la cuisine délicieuse. Pleine de saveurs délicates, herbes fraîches et recettes inattendues. En entrée, le banh xeo :10/10. Ensuite on a choisi le pho, soupe de nouilles au bœuf , qui nous a direct envoyé au Vietnam. Pas tous les jours qu'on mange un plat classé au patrimoine de l'Unesco. 10/10.
Le vin blanc de Loire proposé était parfait, une découverte aussi .
