Britney is a trendy, original bistro, right down to the presentation of its daring menus, which combine original flavors from Asia, Africa and Europe. Hanging on the walls of the restaurant, they offer succulent home-cooked dishes, both vegan and meaty, and mouth-watering desserts to suit all tastes. Accueil et service parfait, la déco est super belle et l’ambiance très agréable. Les plats sont très travaillés, chaque aliment est décliné (siphon, pickles etc) mais le mélange n’a pas pris pour moi, il n’y avait pas d’équilibre pour la plupart des plats. Par exemple le crabe avocat wasabi avait l’air d’une très bonne idée mais la confiture prenait le dessus sur tout les aliments. Pareil pour la sauce du millefeuille de patate douce, ça devenait vite écœurant. Dommage car le concept de ce restau est très cool, peut être que ce n’était pas la bonne période. Je recommande quand même
