This café and restaurant is a convivial place par excellence. Part reunion of old friends, part get-together with neighbors, Le Café Citoyen is the place to be. People come here for a drink, a midday snack or even to sit down to dinner for the evening. The food here is organic, tasty and good. It's varied, inexpensive, and you'll find new organic and homemade items on the menu every day. Upstairs, you'll appreciate the library area with wifi, where you can relax after a well-balanced meal. Evidemment, c'est un lieu orienté politiquement (ça se comprend de suite), mais je suis ni végétarien, ni particulièrement de gauche et j'y suis très bien accueilli. J'ai pourtant déjà eu l'occasion de discuter de sujets politiques et de ne pas être d'accord, ils ne m'ont pas jeté à la rue et sont toujours aussi sympa.
Maintenant, si vous commencez à leur expliquer comment ils doivent faire...
Je suis commerçant à côté et commence à manger là le midi. Je m’arrêtait là de temps en temps avant (quand la famille ou des amis passent), mais uniquement pour prendre un verre. La vaste majorité des restaurants abordable dans le coin sont devenus des fast-food. Ça fait du bien d'en avoir un à proximité où je peux manger sain.
