Within the very beautiful hotel L'Arbre Voyageur is a new table that is at risk of becoming quickly unavoidable in Lille. His name? Jane. Here you will find creative cuisine and especially a shared kitchen. Flavours are at the meeting, as are the quality and freshness of the products. We are almost here in the semi-gastronomic! Among the chef's creations, you can find delicious, flambées pasta flambées with truffles or a perfectly braised squab, or a turbot accompanied by salicornes. Meat, fish or vegetarian dishes, the map mixes flavours and travels the taste buds and stomachs. Side dessert, the ice to the thyme placed in a meringue and accompanied with melon and watermelon should delight the intrepid greedy! But the Jane is also a bar that offers a very nice selection of wines and cocktails that come to you… presented under a steaming bell! A process to the image of the site: original! The decoration blends beautifully modern and vintage furniture and the leopard tapestry gives a little wild side to the whole. No doubt, here you travel! A real good address for lovers of atypical atmospheres and of new flavours.
