At the entrance of the Novotel Lille Centre Gare, everything invites you to relax. Cozy chairs await visitors, while the front desk has been removed for more proximity. And that atmosphere continues until the Gourmet Bar… the new generation restaurant! The relaxed team welcomes you with a smile and guides you in the room or on the beautiful indoor terrace… a perfect setting for a pleasant moment to relax. On the map, the chef mixes regional and classic specialities of French gastronomy. Thus, the Flemish stew and shrimp chunks contrasts with the beef tartar cut to the knife, the roasted chicken of the morels and the pick of macaroni to the cream of black truffles. But next to the chef's "best sellers" are also delicious burgers. The "Truffé" with a bun filled with bun, beef from the Limousin, brie de De, a oignons of onions and a sauce moutardée honey is a treat! Côté Bar, the region is also honored with a very nice selection of the best local beers! But the gourmands are warned, the show is not just on the plate. Look around and enjoy the decoration. Everywhere you can see pictures of carnivals and giants in the region. On the terrace, a beautiful fresco was produced by an artist from the North.
