THE GHENT HERMITAGE
Prestigious restaurant offering home-made desserts in Lille.
If you come across a French soccer team player or the star of the latest movie, there's no need to pinch yourself, you're at the Hermitage Gantois. This former hospice, which became a hospital until 1995, is classified as a historical monument and is now one of the most prestigious hotels in Lille. And its restaurant, the H, is just as prestigious. Four menus offer you to discover the talent of the chef, Steven Gitlemen. Discoveries that change regularly: turbot with blood orange, langoustine and its smoked Petit Suisse, Waydu beef..., not to mention the local cheeses, and homemade desserts such as the amazing grapefruit with Isigny cream and avocado. A table worthy of this great hotel.
